1.1 工作室自取 | 荔枝角工作室

Unit 709, 7/F, Winsum Industrial Building, 588-592 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

(5 minutes walk from exit B1 of Lai Chi Kok Station)

1.2 當您到Gubi提取訂單時，請出示您的確認電郵（電子版便可）。選擇在我們工作室取貨的顧客，請按照確認電郵中的時間安排，於12:30至14:30及16:00至18:45之間到達（午膳時間：14:30-16:00）。
To pick up your order at Gubi, please present your confirmation email (Soft or hard copy). Customers who have chosen to pick up their orders at our studio should arrive between 12:30 to 14:30 & 16:00 to 18:45 (Lunch time: 14:30-16:00), as confirmed in the confirmation email. 

*18:45之後提取的訂單將收取HK$30的延遲提取費。
*Orders collected after 18:45 will incur a HK$30 late pick-up fee.

1.3 客人務必準時於指定時間和地點出現提取貨品，當自取時限結束時，我們的團隊會準時離開。除非出現無法控制的情況(如交通事故，惡劣天氣，設備故障)，否則没有例外。
A pick-up reminder will be sent to the customer one day prior to the scheduled pick-up date. Kindly arrive within the designated pick-up time. No exceptions will be made unless circumstances beyond your control occur (e.g., traffic accidents, inclement weather). 

1.4 我們的團隊會蝎盡所能在提貨時間結束前與您聯繄。若閣下沒有接聽電話或中午12:30提貨時間結束後主動跟我們聯絡，律被視為未能出現。
Our team will make every effort to contact you before the pick-up time ends. Customers who cannot be reached by phone or contact us after 12:30 pm will be considered as no-shows.

1.5 若果客人無法按時取件，必須於下午12:30前通知我們團隊，我們會視乎情況決定客人是否需要自行安排送貨服務而運費將由客人承擔。
If you anticipate being late, please notify us before 12:30 pm. We will assess whether a delivery arrangement needs to be made, with the delivery fee to be paid by the customer.
