cocoffee顧名思義是椰子咖啡，還記得七月在曼谷Hyatt Regency喝了一杯椰子咖啡，一喝便醉了，是好喝到醉了。如果你有喝過椰子咖啡都會清楚它們是多完美結合，所以我把喜歡的咖啡做進蛋糕裡，清甜的椰子奶油混合醇香咖啡，口感層次豐富，互相制衡同時互相遷就。

Have you tried “cocoffee"? It's the incredible fusion of coconut and coffee that I had the pleasure of experiencing at Hyatt Regency in Bangkok. One sip was all it took to get me hooked, the flavours blended so perfectly.

Inspired by this unforgettable combination, I decided to incorporate my favourite coffee into a cake. It turned out to be a flavour sensation! The sweet coconut cream and mellow coffee create a taste that's rich, layered, and oh-so-satisfying. Each bite is a delightful balance of flavours that complement and accommodate each other.
