選用來自日本的新鮮水蜜桃作為內層夾心，果肉粉嫩豐滿，口感清脆，散發自然清甜與多汁風味。頂層以簡約裝飾展現視覺美感，外型潔白圓潤如橄欖球的造型，內裡藏著柔滑細緻的軟芝士水蜜桃醬夾心慕絲，底層是以伯爵茶海綿蛋糕為基底，茶香濃郁卻柔和，搭配輕盈滑順的意大利軟芝士香草忌廉 ，入口如雲絮般鬆軟細緻。不張揚、不厚重，讓人不自覺一口接一口。

Selected fresh peaches from Japan are used as the inner filling, with tender, rosy flesh offering a crisp texture and naturally sweet, juicy flavor. The top layer features a minimalist decoration that highlights its visual elegance — the clean, rounded shape resembling a rugby ball hides a silky, delicate mascarpone cheese mousse infused with soft cheese and peach jam inside.

At the base lies a rich yet gentle Earl Grey tea sponge cake, paired with light and smooth mascarpone cheese vanilla crème. The texture is as airy and fine as clouds melting on the tongue. Subtle and not overpowering, making it impossible to stop at just one bite.
